Castle Computers are fully committed to providing the best quality support to all of our customers through the use of highly trained field engineers, bespoke call logging and service database systems, expert ISO accredited repair and logistics departments and an extensive spare parts stock to ensure the highest chance of a first time fix.

We do not believe in meeting response times to get the box ticked and will always endeavour to arrive within agreed time constraints, with parts and an ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of hardware issues.
