Returns Policy
All our products are sold with a minimum of a 30 day return to base warranty. Items that are received DOA or fail within 7 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Products that fail after 7 days can only be returned for repair or replacement.
If you wish to return any items or the product is faulty on delivery, please call 0118 975 0007 or email us at returns@castlecomputers.uk.net and we will issue you with a returns authorisation number. Items returned without an Authorisation number maybe be rejected.
Items should then be packaged as they were delivered and addressed as follows:

The returns authorisation number must be clearly visible on the returns packaging, failure to clearly display the returns authorisation number may slow down the processing of your returns or cause its delivery to be rejected.
Once products have been checked in through our returns system we will either repair the item and return it or it will be replaced. If this cannot be carried out suitable alternative will be offered or the option of having a refund.
All we ask is you pay for the transport cost to return the products and make sure they are packed properly to avoid any damages.
- Money back guarantee will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Refund will be less the transport costs both ways.
- Goods must be in perfect condition and unused, this means:
- Goods must not have been modified in anyway
- Goods must be in an as delivered state - Refunded monies are only returned to the original purchasing credit card.
The customer will be responsible for all freight charges both ways unless the wrong item is received, the products are damaged in shipping or the products are found to be defective.
