UPS Repair

Keeping your IT equipment powered is critical and we understand that you may require an urgent UPS repair for your UPS Device. We provide repairs for anything from standby UPS to Line interactive UPS.

Castle Computers are able to offer an onsite repair service for the majority of uninterupted power supplies. Where possible, we will always bring a loan/exchange unit with us so that you are able to complete a backup while a tape drive repair is being carried out. Our tape drive repair service includes diagnosing faults, replacing faulty parts, cleaning tape drive components, routine replacement of parts (e.g. reel tops, pinch rollers etc.) and drive re-assembled and re-aligned to manufacturers’ specification.

Advance Exchanges

While a UPS repair is taking place, an advance exchange service is available for a wide range of UPS. Using our next day delivery service, Castle Computers can deliver a tape drive to your site. We will then wait for up to two weeks for you to return a faulty part to us. Using this service gives you the benefit of a fast delivery and the cost saving against buying a replacement.

Rentals
